DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours of purchase, although it may occasionally take a little longer owing to an item being temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we shall email you informing you of the likely timescale.
Smaller/lighter items are generally dispatched with royal mail whilst larger and heavier items are usually dispatched with a courier service. The courier service will normally be direct, although it may involve more than one service, dependant upon your postcode.
RETURNS POLICY
Items may be returned within 7 days and a full refund or exchange will be given, excluding the cost of postage, if the return is not owing to any defect, or error on our part. If however the item is found to be faulty, or there has been an error on the part of BidsforBikes the credit or refund shall of course apply to the postage costs as well.
Any goods which are not faulty, may only be returned if they are in perfect condition and are still in their original packaging. All returns must be made to our contact address and are delivered at your own risk.
Please note that owing to health and safety restrictions, crash helmets may only be returned if there is a fault with the goods.
